Establish long-term production plans. Ensure timely and cost-effective solutions. Budget Develop production budgets. Warehouse Management Oversee material storage. Manage finished products. Handle logistics and inventory. Product Quality Ensure adherence to specifications. Control quality through testing. Develop corrective action plans. Production Process Development and Improvement Analyze improvement possibilities. Propose improvement plans. Monitor and implement changes. Production Efficiency Management Seek efficiency opportunities. Propose and implement efficiency plans. Facility Support and Environment Ensure suitable supporting facilities. Review factory layout for efficiency. Propose and implement modifications. Reporting Establish KPI framework. Ensure timely reporting. Performance Management Set performance goals. Plan resources and training. Legal and Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with regulations. Propose policy changes. Protect the company's environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in an electronics-related field. Over 5 years of experience in EMS industry PCBA and SMT field management with 6S site management capability. Familiarity with SMT, Dip PCBA production processes. Strong communication, organizational, planning, and control skills. Ability to handle pressure, adapt to the environment, manage teams, and learn effectively. Demonstrates integrity, fairness, and excellent professional ethics. Proficient in basic office software with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
