Production Manager

Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resourcing, and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.- Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements.- Forecast operating costs of department and direct preparation of budget request.- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements.- Coordinates production activities with other functional groups such as planning and distribution.- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.- Co-ordinate with other departments to drive for excellence.- Coordinate efforts of operation team by establishing production policies and practices- Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to- Report to leadership team in regular operations reviews- Coach and mentor operation leadership- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce- Accept the job assign from superior and management.- Responsible for translate management goal & objective to production team.- etup departmental KPI as well as goal & objective accordingly.**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift
