Production Manager

1.1 Plan a production schedule for the job. 1.2 Implement and control the production schedule. 1.3 Review and adjust the schedule where needed. 1.4 Determine the human resources required. 1.5 Determine the material resources required. 1.6 Manage human and material resources to meet production targets. 1.7 Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement. 1.8 Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations. 1.9 Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered. 1.10 Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures. 1.11 Set product quality standards. 1.12 Monitor quality standards of products. 1.13 Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives. 1.14 Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems. 1.15 Determine and implement improvements to the production process. 1.16 Prepare and maintain production reports. 1.17 Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement. 1.18 Estimate production costs. 1.19 Set production budgets. 1.20 Manage production budgets. 1.21 Implement cost control programs. 1.22 Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management. 1.23 Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.Professional Latex was established in 2014 with core activities in glove production, specializing in manufacturing latex examination and nitrile gloves.Bachelor's or Equivalent
