Production Manager

Manage the factory's day to day operation, from raw material management, production planning to manufacturing.- Lead a team of production workers to achieve production targets and produce quality output.- Responsible to ensure compliance to GMP and HACCP requirement.- To liaise with production planner, purchasing, R & D on production schedule, material consumption, machine status and product information.- To liaise with QA personnel on production quality criteria, which include accept/reject limits, non-conformance verification and disposition.- Involve in special project such as factory expansion, set-up new production line, new product introduction and any other project set by the management from time to time.Job Requirement- Knowledgeable with GMP & HACCP requirement.- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in food processing manufacturing.- Person with confidence, self-starter, initiative and problem solving skills.- Good in human management and able to work with all level of employees.- Willing to work at Sungai Petani Kedah.**Salary**: RM4,200.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Early shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Sungai Petani: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Production Manager: 4 years (required)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
