**Responsibilities**:- Spearheaded all production team and task execution under operation.- Managing and supervise all Subordinate under production.- To ensure achievement of the department KPI.- To lead and monitor production efficiency and yield (material, leather and PVC).- To prepare and manage production daily and weekly report.- To plan production manpower arrangement based on planning and sales forecast.- To improve and maintain production process flow and achieve maximum output.- To ensure 5S activity in production for cleanliness and safety.- Supervise, coach and train machine operators and identify machine issue.- To troubleshooting machine setting parameter if required.- Collaborate with process engineer to study and implement the process improvement.- Investigate and prevent any uncertainties occurred that effect the output and quality.- Monthly monitor production stock level vs stock system accuracy.- Involve in cost down programme such as to achieve target, overtime costing, hrs/set.- Monthly stock check to ensure stock accuracy and material consumption is tally with planning (Bill of Material-BOM vs Actual usage).- To fulfil production planning and schedule based on sales forecast and customer requirement as to avoid delivery failure to customer.- Involve in system (internal and external) ISO audit.- Weekly meeting on productivity to set action plan for improvement.- Preparing ad-hoc sample or new products sample.- Support cutting/sewing operation team by involve in sewing, planning, engineering, Quality Assurance, R&D, and maintenance from time-to-time.- Working closely with other cross functional operations department and management support.- Build up knowledge of subordinate to be working independently and minimum supervision.- Perform any relevant ad-hoc task assigned by immediate Superior.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or any relevant background.- Minimum 6 years' working experience in manufacturing industry.- Experience in Automotive industry or production manufacturing will be added advantage.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong project management skills- Proven record in training employees about safety and production.- Proficient in 5S management, KAIZEN, lean six sigma or lean manufacturing.- Ability to coach and motivate employees.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kepong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Deadline: 09/02/2023
