Production Manager

Responsibilities:- Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines- Monitor production to resolve issues- Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff- Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production- Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team- Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.- Ensure output meets quality standards**Requirements**:- Industry-related experience.- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts- Experience in reporting on key production metrics- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Jelebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
