Job Summary: - Involve with planning, coordinating and control of manufacturing process including warehouse. - Ensure goods and services are produced efficiently and the correct amount is produce at the right cost and level of quality. Job Responsibilities: - Oversee the production process, draw up or planning a production schedule. - Monitoring and controlling of production inventory records. - Ensure that the production is cost effective (ie. Cost controlling). - To ensure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. - Work out the human and material resources needed. - Draft the timescale for the job (if any). - Estimate cost and set the quality standard. - Monitoring the production process and adjust schedule as needed. - KPI's for each section is set, conduct and monitoring for continuing improvement. - Fulfilling the KPI's requirement from the management. - Ensure to train and nourish the assistance within the timeline period given by management. - Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment or machinery. - Monitoring product standard, implement quality control programmed and identify training needs to each section or department. - Liaise among different departments with good communication, such as supplier and manger. - Ensure to implement the company policy and goal (Vision, Mission and Core Values). - Ensure that health and safety guideline is followed.- Supervise, motivate a team of worker and review worker performance. - Ensure the overall cost effective production process, low rejection rate and maximum output capacity. - Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.YF PACKAGING SDN.
