1. Responsible for the control of whole production process from log cutting to grading. 2. Planning and organizing production schedules. 3. Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. 4. Ensuring the factory machine is in good working order. 5. Supervising and managing the work of staffs. 6. Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues. 7.Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards. 8.
