Production Manager

Overall responsibility for the operation of production functions including planning to support production activities in meeting quality, productivity, targets, yield cost and customer satisfaction. - To ensure production line are run according to the schedule planned and acknowledge customer's delivery dates. - Updates documents in relation to the monitoring and tracking of stock inventory for work in progress and finished product. - Deal with QA section for quality problem. - Responsibilities for identifying and providing the training needs. - Maintain proper housekeeping practices (5S) in production operations. - Employee, performance evaluation and safety as well ensuring that the production rules & regulation are being followed. - Drive towards engineering, material, manufacturing to ensure meeting customer on-time delivery commitments and monthly/quarterly sales revenue. - Monitor production daily output, yield and activities to ensure run as per production schedule. - Participate and drive continuous improvement project to minimize the operation cost. - Other actions and programs as deemed necessary by Management.STPM / A Level or Equivalent
