Minimum 15 years of working experience in Mechanical Engineering, Production or related field (Experienced in Paper industrial is mandatory) - Sufficient Management skill trainings and practicing - Knowledge of paper production, though not necessarily expertise, in waste paper stock preparation, paper making, finishing, EMI, QCS and paper chemicals. - Experience in reporting on key production - Track record in improvement of OEE and cost reduction - Highly skill in troubleshooting, failure root cause analysis and good problem solver - Possess Good approachable personality and behaviour of Integrity, sincerity, honesty, and punctuality. - Strong leadership skills and previous experience of managing a team - Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed - To ensure performance of production follow production planning - Ensure output meets quality standards and customer requirement - Approve maintenance work purchasing of equipment - Determine amount of necessary resource (workforce, raw materials etc) - Liaise with others manager to formulate objectives and understand requirements - Monitor production to resolve issue - Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and mínimal downtime - Set ambitious production goal and communicate them to key personal - Manage to proper equipment and proper process that enhance speed and efficiency - Making sure that products are produced on time and are good quality - Organizing the repair and routine maintenance and production - Continuous improvement including cost reduction projects - Other task assigned by the management - Report to Head of Operation - Assist operation manager, head of department estimate cost and prepare budget.Asia Honour Paper Industries (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Malaysian Newsprint Industries Sdn Bhd) is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of paper across South East Asia, with customers from Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and more.
