Production Manager

Our client is a well-known car seat manufacturer from China is looking for a Production Manager to be based in Klang, Selangor.**Job Description**:- Responsible for budgeting and controlling the annual expenses of the department.- Responsible for the company's internal customer satisfaction and improving service awareness;- Responsible for the investigation, analysis and improvement of customer complaints;- Preparation and improvement of various operational management processes for the company's production;- Responsible for daily affairs within the department and Coordination and communication with various departments;- Coordinate conflicts among department personnel;- Responsible for the preparation, training and implementation of the company's quality management system documents;- Ensure product quality and improve Product pass rate for one-time delivery;- Responsible for the company's overall production planning and scheduling to ensure that orders are delivered as scheduled;- Handle and provide feedback on various issues that affect order delivery, and ultimately implement and resolve them.- Responsible for the compilation and approval of some documents for the company's production management;- Responsible for the confirmation and tracking management of the large and small materials required for the company's production;- Responsible for the production process. Provide feedback and handling of abnormal problems, and propose preventive measures;Job Requirements:- Those with foreign investment(MNC) background experience/Taiwanese-owned factory experience are preferred.- Familiar with various production management methods.- Have the ability to solve complex problems.- Have communication, coordination, management skills and strong stress resistance and ability to analyze and solve problems.- Degree holder.- Must have at least 10 years production experience.- Able to speak and write Malay, Mandarin and English.Benefits: performance bonus, medical, EPF, SOCSO, etc**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
