JOB QUALIFICATIONS : 1.Degree in Engineering (related field). 2. At least 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment. 3. In-depth knowledge in production management and risk management. 4. Strong analytical and logical thinking. 5. Excellent organisation, time management and leadership skill. 6. Outstanding communication ability. 7. Flexible and very ambitious person. 8. Ability on report writing and documentation. 9. Confident, tough minds and strong decision-making ability with attention to detail. 10.To be able to do logical thinking. 11.To understand be able to PDCA. 12.To understand be able to do QC7 tools. 13.To understand be able to do five whys. 14.To understand be able to do defect analysis based on 5W2H. 15.To understand be able to do defect analysis based on 3 reality principle. JOB DESCRIPTION : 1. To be responsible to fulfil the Production's role efficiently. 2. To set yearly target of your Department based on the result of previous year. 3. To make a plan to accomplish the yearly target by arrange your Department. 4. Responsible to share company policy to the staff and make sure they understand and able to work towards the direction. 5. To manage and lead your staff (train up, support, evaluate, increase their satisfaction of job) 6. Accountable to ensure all Production staff follow work SOP and make sure no problem will happen if any staff fail to follow the SOP. 7. To co-operate with HOD from other's Dept. in order to achieve company yearly target. 8. To ensure Kaizen activity implemented accordingly and target is achieved. 9 Study customer's required specification and to compare with production process ability. 10. Verification of product equipment, material purchased, parts and equipment. 11. Interact with organisation, suppliers and customers to facilitate problem resolution. 12. Report to Factory Manager and assist him in handling production matters. 13. Responsible to manage all department matters. 14. Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. 15. Responsible for ensuring that Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policy is implemented by staff and monitoring the workplace to ensure that safe conditions are maintained. BENEFITS : 1.
