Production Manager

**Requirements**- Good knowledge of Aluminum and Glazing- Proficient in Microsoft Office- At least 7-10 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing/construction or any other related field.- Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills- Independent and able to lead the production team and work under minimum supervision.**Responsibility**- Plan out daily work schedule and overtime target for workers.- Liaise with the project PIC in order to understand the site progress and to plan out production & a delivery schedule to fulfill customer requirement.- Ensure the materials and accessories are available and also planning for outsource process to ensure production operation running smooth according to the plan.- Implement improvement activities for cost reduction, improving efficiency and reduce wastage etc.- Handle customer complaints and to come out with solutions (corrective and preventive action) together with the QC/production team.- Help to establish ISO system in the company.- Fulfil any other duties as and when assigned by the management.
