Production Manager

1. Planning and organising production as per customer schedules. 2. Making sure there is always enough production workers to hit targets. 3. Ensuring that staff at all times adhere to site safety procedures, Quality and HSE 4. Coaching teams and Line Leaders in best practice methods. 5. Making sure the production team remains motivated and is hitting their efficiency targets. 6. Suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity. 7. Monitoring and motivate supervisors for the maximum performance. 8. Investigate production issues and drive for solutions (PDCA). 9. Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery. 10. Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications and minimize rejections. 11. Ensure the Cost Reduction and Waste reduction for overall productions. 12.
