Job Description REQUIREMENTS:- Degree in either one of the following disciplines - Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering?or Mechatronic Engineering
At least 4 - 5 years of relevant working experience?as Production Manager in a manufacturing industry
A self starter, able to lead and inspire staff in delivering result.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Plan, direct and monitor all production activities to meet production specifications, schedules, volumes and quality standards
Develop & implement manufacturing schedules & procedures and to manage the production resouces to maximise productivites
Lead, direct, evaluate & develop a?team of supervisors
Managing discipline
others production/manufacturing related duties/activities
