Full job description Job Responsibilities Lead production planning and execution of schedules and processes. Manage production costs and budgets. Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training. Analyse all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement. Plan and organise schedules maintenance works to ensure minimum loss of production time. Oversee equipment installation and ensue operational readiness. Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements Bachelor in any manufacturing / engineering studies. Minimum 5 years' experience in production and manufacturing industry, preferably sawmill factory. Proficient in MS Office. Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations. Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts. Excellent organisational and leaderships skills. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach. Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
