Production Manager

**Qualification**- Good understanding and knowledgeable in production management- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) and ERP software- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing industry (CNC Machining / Assembly / Surface Treatment)- Knowledge in ISO standards- Plan, organize direct and run optimum day-to-day operations, ensure production process run smoothly, efficiently and on budget.- Implement cost optimization and operating plan; plan work allocation; monitors and ensures production meet expectations regarding timing and results.- Commit to production environmental health and safety procedures and standards. Assure that all employees follow established safety regulations, housekeeping and SOP.- Troubleshoot problems that occur during production, including staff shortages, all technical issues and machinery malfunctions.- Establish production budgets, monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve volume, quality, and manufacturing standards.- Responsible in the Machining / Surface Treatment / Printing / Assembly department in term of operation and to achieve production & quality requirement as per standard.- Develop and implement action plans to improve productivity and effectiveness.- Report on the operational performance of production department (output, OEE, capacity reports).- Develop projects such as cost reduction, yield improvement, Cpk improvement, process optimization, cycle time improvement and new parts evaluation/qualification- Any others job task assigned by the immediate superior or management as and when necessary.Working Hour: 8.00am - 5.30pmProbation Period: 6 MonthIf interested kindly whatapps your resume to Leo (0175835832) for interview arrangement**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Sungai Petani: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Production Manager: 3 years (preferred)- ISO Standard: 1 year (preferred)
