Production Manager Klang

Key requirements include: Lead continuous improvement in the packaging process to ensure the best quality goes to customers. Ensure optimum outputs of packaging operations with cost in mind to meet sales demand. Manage production planning and inventory to meet target sales. Plan on resources to run production lines smoothly. Ensure production lines meet safety and hygiene requirements set by the company. Lead changes in procedures and best practices. Work closely with maintenance team to attend to breakdowns of machines and plan on preventive maintenance. Plan on budget for the department and ensure operation are within the plan. Degree in Engineering or related. More than 5 years in food manufacturing or packaging industry. Excellent leadership skill to drive the team forward. Technical skills to lead problem solving at production lines.**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
