JOB VACANCYPOSITION - PRODUCTION MANAGERLOCATION - RAWANGSALARY - RM 5000-8000**Job Description**:Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectationsIncreasing production, machine capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standardsOversees the maintenance of buildings, and equipment, and plant security and protectionResponsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shippingAllocate resources effectively and fully utilise machines to produce optimal resultsDevelop strategies to increase productivity and productionOversee all shipments, incoming inventory, and storage operationsImplement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focusWorks closely with engineering personnel regarding product, machine and process improvement.Monitor operations and trigger corrective actionsCollect and analyse data to find places of waste or overtimeDevelop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on machinesStay up to date with latest production management best practices and conceptsHire and train new employeesCoordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environmentEnsure all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are metRequirement:Knowledge and experience in furniture industry is requiredAt least 5 years industrial working experience in furniture industry.Familiar with furniture process and able to lead & manage the production operation.Good in time management, production planning and cost management.Good in manage foreign workers matters.Good technical skills & fast learner.Action & Result oriented.AGENSI PEKERJAAN NS SHUE SDN BHD.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Performance bonus
