Welcome to our **Production Team**!The **Production Team** is responsible for maintaining seamless behind-the-scenes flow of our Wanderlust + Co world. Stocked internationally across 400+ retailers, primarily in the US and Australia, the Operations Team is the heartbeat of the brand. We're a fast growing, high-energy team with a passion for what we do.As the **Production & Merchandise Executive**, you will be responsible for inventory control and stock management across retail and wholesale channels. You will be coordinating merchandise flow from sample production, to landing the finished product with the customer. Your key responsibility will be to oversee that all orders are fulfilled in an accurate manner, with a focus to meet warehouse and customer objectives, through planning and delivery.An exciting role where you are required to be accurate, reliable, organized and detail oriented, with an interest in fashion and willingness to learn the foundations of the industry. In return, you will receive a competitive salary, potential bonus, and room for future growth within the business.**Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) -****40% Merchandising**- Work together with the Operations Team to prepare and deliver stock to our customers within the promised timeline accurately, be it a normal order or pre-order- Check that all shipments received, are in accordance to predetermined quality, construction, and measurement specifications- Handling stock movement in accordance with general PR & marketing activities - e.g., new season launches, promotions, markdowns, stock transfers, consolidations etc.- Assist to create any soft/hard bundle upon request- Work closely with Merch and Ops Team on stock allocation for upcoming inbound shipments**60% Production**- Assist Production Manager on new collection processes including sourcing, pricing comparison (with competitor), samples, Wear Test, QC, bulk order, SKU & Barcode creation and inbound of stock.- Update new collection or re-order related info to team (Merch Master Timeline, Product Timeline, Product Categorization, shipment tracking, packaging tracking, payment, SKU & Barcode Creation etc.)- Work with Finance & Production Manager on payments for accurate and timely deliveries- Follow up with suppliers on new or re-orders and try to shorten lead time for OOS items and to meet launch date.- Managing and updating the defective report, liaising with suppliers on repairing or credit given for the defective products.- Assisting with maintaining the accuracy of overall inventory- Day to day admin - e.g., liaising across departments and sales personnel to ensure supply meets demands.**Qualifications Needed -**- Previous work experience of 3-4 years in fashion, stock management or office administration is a bonus for this position- Relevant Bachelor's degree - e.g., business studies, fashion merchandising etc.- Strong verbal & written communication skills (English and Mandarin)**These are a few key elements expected for you to excel in this role -**- Love the internet, fashion and playing a role in an exciting and growing business- Be a team player with an open, honest, and straight-forward style of communication- Highly committed and have a proactive, 'can-do' attitude- Be willing to hit the ground running and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, with a genuine interest in wanting to make a difference**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Would you be flexible to work at more than one of our outlets?
