Production & Operation Manager

**Production Manager**We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of frozen food. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If you are up to it, we'd like to talk to you. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.**Responsibilities**Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirementsEstimate costs and prepare budgetsOrganize workflow to meet specifications and deadlinesMonitor production to resolve issuesSupervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.Ensure output meets quality standards SOP (with HALAL, HACCP, GMP & MEsti)Enforce health and safety precautions, make sure all staff wearing the suitable PPE for work.Report to upper management especially to Director.**Requirements**:Proven experience as production manager - 2 years experienceDeep knowledge of production managementUnderstanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations (Halal, Haccp, GMP & Mesti)Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting conceptsExperience in reporting on key production metricsProficient in MS OfficeOutstanding communication abilityExcellent organizational and leaderships skillsAttention to detail, Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 04/01/2024
