Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Confirm and follow up customer order, review capacity and insufficient materials. ERP system (MRP input and output), EC system (Manage machine type process changes and materials increase decrease), BW (data storage management system), and others tool, Skilled operation. Attending internal daily review meeting. Review and confirm insufficient materials and fixtures in future 3-4 months. Ensure all team members have completed their job. Daily report with supervisor on the work situation. Confirm with MP buyer materials preparation of new product. Materials preparation, daily review EC, insufficient materials, C process progress rate of new machine. Interact with factory, WHQ and customer, deliver correct information to correct party on time, and follow up processing progress. Daily IOS, Input-Output-Shipment. Push and feedback of the problem that may affect product and shipment abnormal. Review and solve excess. Job Requirements(s): Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa and Mandarin (due to nature of business) in listening, speaking, reading and typing. Familiar with ERP/SAP system and warehouse operation process.
