Production Planner/Master Scheduler 3

**Responsibilities**:Lam Research, Malaysia is searching for a Master Scheduler who's primary responsibilities are managing the factory capacity plan, translates sales forecast into build plans, and has oversight for facilitating the weekly customer order slotting process.**Other Job Responsibilities**- This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Master Scheduling manager- Creates and manages factory capacity plans- Evaluates sales forecasts and defines the build plan for multiple products. Will over see the allocation of factory slots for specific products between Lam Malaysia and other Lam factories- Proactively analyzes sales forecast to identify risk to schedules due to capacity constraints; works with the manufacturing management team to plan proper capacity for facilities and head count.- Ensure standard product lead times are maintained and SAP manufacturing router lead times are updated- Collaborate with Sales Operations on setting scheduling priorities- Participates as part of a cross functional team to transition products across factories, provides in put on product selection.- Completes cost impact analysis for movement of products across factories- Responsible for monthly creating monthly Executive factory build plan forecast presentations- Support business process improvement initiatives including documentation and implementation of new policies**Minimum Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in business or Operations related discipline- More than 5 years related experience in Master Scheduling/Production Planning- High level proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and SAP- Must be a self-starter and be able to operate independent of day to day supervision- Direct experience leading cross functional teams- Ability to demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills- Master Scheduling, Production Control Planning and Sales Operations experience is a plus- Fluency in English and local language (Behasa Melayu, major Chinese dialect) is a significant advantage**Our Commitment**We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
