Malaysia- Computer literate to handle Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point- Strong leadership and good in managing workers to up hold productivity.- Able to work with all levels within the organization- Consistent in record taking and record keeping- Analytical, observant, timely and accurate in production/material planning- **Job Responsibilities;**_- Synchronize and balance the manufacturing capacities (i.e. raw materials stock, packing materials availability, hand molds availability, machine lines capacity, off line powder free process capacity) of the factory in a pro-active manner.- Oversee operation functions across production, compounding, maintenance, packing, and powder free processes to maximize efficiency and monitor works to be on schedule as per each work orders date.- Monitor and maintain the most optimum inventory quantity levels for gloves.
