Production Planning Manager- Bukit Mertajam

Description:- Ensure that the daily, weekly and monthly scheduling of production requirement to balance load while maintaining on-time delivery- Communicate production schedule status and production issues that could have an adverse effect on completion dates.- Communicate and manage the coordination of material movement within the organisation to main production schedule and flow of material through the factory.- Expedite operations that delay schedules and revise schedule to meet the project target.- Expedite material releases & production schedules to communicate the changing needs of the manufacturing focus factory.- Coordinate with other departments on related issues to ensure the smooth flow of production- Monitor the WIP accuracy and WIP level of the plant.- Responsible for monitoring additional material requests by Production for rework purposes.- Monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite lots to ensure shipments to customers are on time.- Review daily loading and reschedule if necessaryRequirement:- Minimum 10 years' experience in production planning.- Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from any recognized institution.- Good knowledge on production planning**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- production planning: 10 years (preferred)
