JOB PURPOSE Production Senior Executive is responsible to ensure the production operations are operating in accordance with the standard operating procedure as well as drive lean strategies to reduce on wastages in the production floor. Apart, senior production executive is also required to uphold the disciplinary within the department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the production system, policy and documentation ensuring that all processes and procedures are up to date and in practice. Proactively diversifying a plan to solve problems in production with data and figures. Ensure the accuracy of the processing parameters by effectively monitoring and validating through calibration. Ensure all CIP and SIP practices in the process are effectively performed and validated to eliminate risk of food safety. Manage production planning and changes management in the event of machinery breakdown, insufficient resources such as manpower or change in SKUs. In additional, shall always stay alert in any cases of emergency such as disruption in utilities to re-plan the production operations minimizing production losses and ensuring the procedures requirements on emergency are well communicated with team and all relevant parties. Champion in enforcing personnel hygiene, work-wear and protective clothing while entering production facilities to all employees and visitors. Ensure all product labeling, volume or quantity are accurate and within the specification. Drive lean processing and mentality within the production team eliminating or reducing wastages. Provide guidance and training to subordinates and support subordinates' growth in taking up additional tasks and improvement plans. Part of the quality and food safety, safety and health, fire response team member and fulfilling responsibilities required under as a committee member. Head fire response team and ensuring the team is capable of responding towards emergencies. Take the lead in projects assigned and drive improvement plans to achieve the company's goals. Lead in creating awareness within the production team in the know-how processing SOP, quality and food safety requirements, and safety and health best practices. Ensuring all personnel adhere to the safety requirements in the organization. Manage replenishment effectively and keeping inventory lean to minimize unnecessary expenditures on resources. Carry out duties in complying with Company's Food Safety System, Company's Environment Guidelines, Company's Health and Safety Guidelines, Company's Policy and Procedures, etc. by maintaining, evaluating and continuous improvement. Perform task and work requirements as and when required and assigned AUTHORITIES To propose change in calibration frequency based on risk assessment. To approve leave for subordinate (first tier) To approve requisition from warehouse for packaging, pallets. To approve requisition from store (admin) Requirements Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Food Technology/Manufacturing/Engineering or equivalent is preferred At least 3 years working experience in related field Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Strong organization and analytical skills High Disciplinary Problem Solving and continuous improvement mind-set.
