Production Supervisor Admin

Job Summary:- To Supervise work in progress, storing, and issuing operations, to ensure overall warehouse operation under good manner. Responsibilities:- Manage and Monitor Daily warehouse Operation (Receiving, Storage, Issuing, picking, packing and scheduling goods for deliveries) and ensure all daily warehouse task is complete. - Manage, supervise and lead warehouse personnel on their daily task according to SOP.- Ensure warehouse operation runs smoothly as per SOP and comply with Company policy, rules and regulation - Maintain strict control over inventory level to meet management requirement standard and notify or make alert of any sudden fast moving item to production planner.- Organize quarterly/annually on random item physical stock check versus system stock level.- To maintain and ensure warehouse is in clean and tidy condition - To maintain and ensure SKU is store in correct shelf/rack and in tidy condition - Ensure goods received condition is check and accurate as per DO and system entry- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.Job Requirements:- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field (Manufacturing industry, warehousing) is required for this position- Demonstrate good communication skills & computer literate (Microsoft office, ERP, MRP, warehouse execution system)- Able to work independently with very minimum of supervision.- Require language: English & Bahasa MalaysiaEPF - SOCSO - Annual Leave**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Nilai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
