Production Supervisor Confectionery Experienced

Responsibilities:- To lead and supervise workforce to produce targeted output- Lead yield improvement and leadership to achieve breakthroughs in productivity and quality.- To update production reports on time- To maintain production schedules and supervise the production in line allocated- Direct, control and motivate production staff- To provide timely production and other performance related reports to the superior as required- Coordinate the activities for department production staff.- Ensure the proper oversight and scheduling of staff, equipment needs, production performance, and raw material levels.- Responsible for the quality of product and operational processes.- Provide safety process recommendation and coordination as needed.- Perform shift shutdown which enables future shifts to effectively re-start.- Provide in-process quality inspections/checks for lot dates, weight and metal detection.- Ensure adherence to GMPs/ISO/HALAL.- Coordinate equipment sanitation needs.- Provide shift summary and efficiency reports including production hours, material used and future production planning needs.- Continuously improve process efficiency and drive cost reductions.- Ensure that employees perform all elements of assignment in a safe and productive manner.- Develop and implement meaningful performance metrics.- Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives that produce total costs.- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.**Requirements**:- Minumum 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry- Able to work independently and work under pressure- Effectively lead and motivate a team of line leaders/Operators to achieve production targets.- Must be able to work on shift- Possess positive attitude, drive and commitment towards excellence.Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
