Production Supervisor (Immediate Hiring) Contract

Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output.- Organize & schedule production activities to ensure manufacturing orders are completed as plan and timely delivery of goods to customer.- Perform analysis to resolve quality issues & improve product reliability.- Optimize production methods, manpower & material to reduce wastage and reduce cost.- Motivate production operators and technicians to perform efficiently & consistently to achieve good productivity and good quality.- To monitor packing operator's attendance.- To overseeing packing operator's quality of work.- To provide counselling on tardiness, disciplinary, competency/expectation on worker.- To ensure safety requirement is compiled all the time.- To provide on job training for the new hire, if any or to provide refreshers training to the current workers.- Work closely with other departments to ensure production is run smoothly,**Requirement**- Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.- IT skills, especially using data analysis software - Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.- Ability to create and adhere to production processes.- Ability to write reports legibly and accurately.- Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftApplication Question(s):- Notice period with current company- Expected start date if hired- Expected salary- Possess own transport?- Is the job location -Taman Perindustrian Meranti Utama is suitable for you?**Location**:- Puchong (preferred)
