If you want to grow your skills and develop your career, find out more at The Position Production Supervisor Job Summary Supervise and lead a team Leaders / Operators in achieving the management objectives and quality through optimum utilization of available resources and at minimum cost. Responsibilities Reduction of overall production line un-schedule downtime to 5%. SGA (Small Group Activities) contribution for implementation of Yield / Process and Cost Improvements. To direct and manage Human Resources by coaching /development and spot potential candidates for the succession plan. To ensure the records of the production section upkeep and well maintained for the ISO9000 purpose. Drive Safety and Housekeeping activities to ensure a Safe Workplace To communicate safety alerts, lesson learned and incident sharing on time to department To ensure employees /contractors well trained on their task To accountable on employees /contractors safety To intervene any unsafe behavior at site Encourage employees /contractor to conduct peer to peer safety observation Requirements Minimum Certificate with 5 years experience or Diploma in any field with 2-3 years experience Troubleshooting Skills Computer skills Able to read and write English.
