Production Supervisor

Understanding and meeting customer requirements.- Control of partly computerized batching and mixing plant.- Supervise operational and day-to-day manufacturing activities.- Ensure that pre-curing and completed panels are properly identified.- Ensure that maintenance records are properly identified and maintained.- Ensure that production for panels go according to production schedule, work instruction and other relevant procedures.- Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance.- Update maintenance records.- Supervise and perform in process inspection.- Maintain inspection records.- Ensure that non-conforming bay is only used for intended purpose.- Ensure that operator adhere to the above.- Submit analysis, corrective and preventive action reports in time, as requested by the Factory Manager.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kulai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)Application Deadline: 08/21/2023Expected Start Date: 08/21/2023
