Production Supervisor

Review all jobs before production commencement or assigned to assembly team. - Daily progress status reporting and monitoring of planned production hours against actual hours. Conduct daily roll call and communicate daily tasks and targets assemblers. - Daily work assignment for their section and assist in OT planning. - Liaising with other departments to resolve production issue, projects, planner, design, store, QC, etc. - Propose area to be improved to increase productivity or products quality. - Responsible and accountable for section's tools and machineries. - Maintain discipline in their respective section. - Responsible to practice & maintain a safe work environment. - Mentoring and training of new workers and assist in identifying workers for further training/upgrading. - Organize internal meetings with respective assemblers when necessary. - Support iso and generate NCR for section. - Entry level / Fresh graduateSUNLIGHT SWITCHGEAR SDN.
