Production Supervisor

**Application prerequisites**Rich experience in mechanical engineering and manufacturing business; Solid background and knowledge of metal fabrication process including CNC/Turning/Sheet metal and related surface treatment.**Requirements and Skills**- At least 5 Years experience in production management in machinery manufacturing industries with CNC- Experience with production planning, production control, and quality control, operator recruitment and training.- Strong leadership capabilities**Priority**Production Management Experience in machining fields**Language**- Fluent writing and speaking in English- Priority with Chinese speaking**Computer Skills**- Windows Office software skills- CAD, Mastercam**Responsibilities**1. Responsible for the technical management, supervisor and control of industrial production process.2. Responsible for creating and implementing production plans, including determining production targets, setting timelines, and allocating resources3. Evaluating machine resource to ensure continued production and mínimal downtime.4. Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production.5. Operators recruitment and training plan.6. Responsible for taking inventory, making supply orders.7. Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident - free.8.
