Production Supervisor

**Job Role**: _Responsible for guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity. Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. Perform verification of production output according to specifications. Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to managers._**RESPONSIBILITIES**- _**Assigning responsibilities to production employees**_- _**Coaching employees, Supervising and Monitoring employees**_- _**Conducting reviews for personnel performance**_- _**Compiling production records, preparing Work Schedules and Maintaining quality service**_- _**Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly**_- _**Ensuring production plans are completed in time**_- _**Communicating with other manufacturing departments**_- _**Identifying and troubleshooting production issues**_- _**Ensuring and maintaining safe work environment**_**REQUIREMENTS**- _**Diploma/Certificate**_ _**with 2 years and above production supervisor experience**_.- Experience working in **Manufacturing Foundry / Ferrous Casting** will be an added advantage.- Able to _**Lead a team,**_ _**mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team member.**_- Strong _**leadership skills and result-oriented.**_- Strict adherence to _**deadlines and ability to work independently.**_- Excellent _**communication skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, planning and organizing.**_- Independent _**self-starter, able to interact with all levels of personnel.**_**OTHER CRITERIA**- Gender: _**Male**_- Age: _**28 years and above**_- Schedule: _**(Mon-Sat (or on-call)**_- Must be willing to work in _**(Pusing,Perak Only)**_**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday- On callSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Working: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Willingness to travel:- 50% (required)Expected Start Date: 05/27/2024
