Production Supervisor

**Managerial and Coordination Requirements**:- Ensure steady flow of production activities, produce the right product, in the right quality, quantity and at the right time basedon customer's requirements.- Ensure optimal machine and people utilization.- Oversee the Production Department's scheduling, production control, inventory control and output.- Motivate and train operators and technicians to develop a cohesive production team.- Initiate, recommend, investigate, trouble-shoot and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the products, process and quality system.- Develops and implements new procedures and responds to changes.- Responsible for the Production operators' discipline and attendance.**Qualification**- Min Diploma and above**Experience**- Preferably 3 years in manufacturing environment with 2 years in supervisory level.**Knowledge / Skill**- Result-orientated and team worker.- Good supervisory and interpersonal skill.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal allowanceSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Manufacturing: 3 years (required)
