Production Supervisor

**Working hours**:Mon - Thurs (830am-600pm)Friday (830am-630pm)Sat & Sun off- Supervise and manage resources to achieve production target, quality, yield, output, and cost goals- Manage the performance, motivation, and satisfaction of the Production team and processes to ensure key quality, output, and efficiency- Conduction the equipment and materials inspection as per checklist.- Prepare production reports for management and other section /department as required.- Manage rework, scrap and general wastage in Production.- To ensure all works be carried out in accordance to drawings, specifications, procedure and instruction.- Monitor and review metric regularly and responsible to initiate, implement and work closely with relevant party to drive continuous improvement.- Any other task that may be assigned.**Requirement**:- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
