We are hiring for- _Production Support Lead_*- Experience: 5+ years_Locations**:Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia****Qualifications & Skills**:Should have at least 5-8 years of experience in _leading support team _Knowledge Change / Incident management processGood knowledge on banking business Managing and motivating the team Stakeholders management**Primary**:J2EE & HibernateLinux Scripting/ SQL (DB2,Post gres, Oracle) IBM WebSphere / JBOSS configurationsHTML 5, CSS 3, React JS or Ember JS Bitbucket / SVN**Secondary**:Restful API & Kong GatewayMaven / Jenkins / Sonarqube / Rundeck / Ansible**Role Responsibilities**:**Strategy**- Work closely with business stake holders to ensure that customer complaints resolved which related to system gaps- Support Disaster Recovery exercises (DR)- Gather and process relevant information at point of production incident and perform quick assessment of the impact and recovery process- Communicate on incidents and provide regular update to higher management, stakeholder and users until incident closure- Preparing PIR Reports for project changes (Post Implementation Reports which aresuccessful and failures)- Suggest improvements by providing technical specifications for system / process enhancement and implantation to production- System health check monitoring and regular monitoring of transactions**Processes**- Handling daily BAU incidents and work with banking users for resolving customer complaints which related to system queries- Work on rotational shifts. Batch support - Night shift 5 days in month (11 P.M - 8 A.M),- Evening support 5 days in month (2 P.M - 11 P.M) and rest of the days in general shift 9 AM - 6 P.M and weekend support 2 days in month- Handle weekly stake holders meeting for Incident trend analysis/ change reviews- Prepare fixes if any System improvement gaps identified and end to end support till production implementation- Batch pre activities and monitoring- Preparing Automation tools/ configuration for monitoring**Regulatory & Business Conduct**- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
