Production Technician

_1. Line_- _Check through In-touch operation settings and perform routine cleaning / drain out of process residual._- _Produce according to production plan. In control of product performance following quality specification._- _Start up / shut down line whenever is required._- _Follow house rules and safety procedures._- 2. Rewinder:_- _Continuously rewind according to production plan. In control of process setting and rewinding specification to ensure consistent finished roll quality._- _Reject defected rolls according to VISION criteria._- _Follow house rules and safety procedures._- 3. Packing:_- _Bundle registration and packing according to Packing Instruction._- _Transporting and stacking finished roll bundles according to location plan._- _Supporting Line / Rewinder in arrangement of materials, housekeeping and during start-up / shut down line.
