Productions Supervisor

JOB VACANCYPOSITION - PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (HALAL FOOD)LOCATION - TAMAN KLANG UTAMA, KLANGSALARY - RM 3000-3500RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with Production Planner for process improvement and production planningEffectively supervise, coach, motivate and lead a team of production operators to acheive daily targets (output) with low rejectionCo-ordinate with various departments to ensure production plan is supported and meeting targetsMantain good housekeeping in production area to ensure compliance to FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP and Halal and compliance to safety and work procedureOrganise and allocate machine operators to the Group Leaders in carrying out the daily tasksActions to be taken when there is any incompliance or non-conformities.Prepare & submit production daily, weekly and monthly reportsConduct counselling and ensure workers' displinary issue & grievances are attended immediatelyReport to Executive or Management on any problems which cannot be resolved**REQUIREMENTS**:Possess strong leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, communication skills, initiative and able to work independently.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.AGENSI PEKERJAAN NS SHUE SDN BHD.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
