Job ResponsibilityAssist to determine scope and objectives of projects assigned, including resource planning, project scheduling and work plan design, to achieve project outcome in an effective and efficient mannerPrepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements as well as track project costs in order to meet budgetInvolve in project implementation to ensure smooth execution of project, including project related trips such as recce, installation, client audit and project maintenance, and provide on-ground direction to team when necessaryMonitor progress to highlight potential risks or challenges to Operation Lead and/or CEO in a timely manner for rectification or adjustments as neededProvide project updates on a consistent basis to CEO, Project Manager, clients, various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and project status or progressManage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverablesMeasure project milestones and performance based on agreed project KPIs and prepare report for clientsOrganise, prepare for and attend meetings with project team, project beneficiaries, clients and stakeholdersWork closely with Project Manager, CEO and business development team in building project pipeline as well as clientele network.Job RequirementsPossess a Diploma or Degree in business administration or any other qualification relevant to the job scopeAt least 5 years of experience in social development projects, impact works and/or project managementFluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English â spoken and writtenAgile, high sense of urgency and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environmentSelf-motivated, proactive in problem-solving and assertive when making decisions.Passionate in community development initiativesstrictly Sarawakian locals are invitedJob BenifitsHybrid workweek.A supportive team that encourages you to learn and develop new skills.Mentorship in identifying your strengths and opportunities for growth.No-nonsense, zero politics work environment.Satisfaction in knowing you are working towards developing communities and assisting underserved populations.
