Programmer (It)

Duties and responsibilities:- Ability to analyse incoming incidents and act as first level support to provide resolution to internal end users.- Ability to collect and analyse incoming change requests to work with external consultant to deliver a solution which can meet customer business needs and expectation- Take ownership of SAP related incidents and manage the incident to closure- Seek opportunities, develop and maintain knowledge of business processes, and SAP functionality and configuration. Receptive to performance and developmental feedback.- Planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of enhancements.- Review project deliverables and ensure that the project develops sufficient documentation to sustain future support, maintenance and enhancements.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
