Job Responsibilities:- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and stake-holder for project support.- Retrieve and report necessary information to project leader include progress tracker update, access permit and etc.- Schedule regular project meeting with internal members for progress update and address potential issues.Job Requirements:- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma holder in related fields- Hands-on experience with Microsoft excel, word, power point and outlook.- Solid time-management skill and work experience as administrator is prefer.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently.- Good oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Able to work under tight dateline and with a positive mindset.- Must be independent and resourceful.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
