Project Admin Cum Procurement

- Handle procurement & billing for assigned projects - Able to prioritize tasks and work independently - Managing end-to-end tracking, planning, monitoring, reporting and coordinating to ensure the project assigned is delivered on time. - Manage office inventory and liaise with supplier to ensure the regular supply of office materials. - To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. - To perform administrative duties such as printing and filing of the documents, invoicing, data entry, arranging for courier service etc. - To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. - Own transport
