Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:- Report all site activities to the Project Manager- Communicate and cooperate closely with the Project Manager- Maintaining a good filing system for projects in charge. Follow up, keep track of the latest incoming documents/drawings, distribute to relevant personnel/departments, and keep records/files accordingly.- Self-motivated and able to liaise with authorities/consultants for approval/renewal of necessary documents within time frame given- Develop/maintain/update tracking list on outstanding matters/unresolved issues and follow up regularly until resolved.- To liaise with internal departments on issues related to Projects in charge.- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and when required.**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Building/Civil Engineering, construction management or equivalent.- At least 2 years of relevant experience in property development(developer).- Good working attitude, self-initiative, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines, a strong sense of responsibility and work well under pressure.- Knowledge of planning software such as Microsoft / AutoCAD will be an advantage- Must possess own transportation for outstation projects (If any).- Full-Time position(s) available.- Willing to travel when requested
