Project Administrator

**Location**: Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Penang**Responsibilities**:- Preparing weekly/month reports- Checking and updating teams on Aconex (Document Control systems)- Monitoring team-progress with task assigned- Generating all submission information for documents sent out and receiving.**Requirements**:- Admin experience with Project Management experience- Good communication skill and able to use Microsoft Office- Comfortable to work under contractual position with benefits provided and extendable until project end.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryApplication Question(s):- When you are able to start work ?- Do you involve in Project before ?- What is your expected salary ?**Experience**:- Administrative: 1 year (required)
