Project Architect

Responsibilities:- Oversee the project implementation and meet client requirements.- Oversee project schedules, cost projections, and budget estimates.- Coordinate and lead project meetings to ensure compliance with building codes.- Ensuring that throughout the construction process, the project meets regulatory standards.- Overseeing building contractors and construction crews.- Visiting the site regularly to ensure the project remains on time and within specifications.- Develop and manage a proactive communication to keep contractors informed about project progress and conditionsRequirements And Skills:- Minimum degree or accreditation in architecture.- Minimum 5 years' experience in designing, planning, and executing construction projects.- Experience in construction detailing and specification development.- Knowledge of building materials and methods.- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.- Knowledge of construction management.**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Architecture: 5 years (required)
