Project Architect

Prepare Proposal- Coordinate with the Client on what their needs and requirements are.- Attend and Chair meetings with various Clients, Contractors, Subcontractors, Specialists and prepare Meeting Minutes and Action plan from what was discussed.- Follow up and chase various parties on what was agreed and promised for them to deliver.- Understand PAM Contract and issue Architects Instructions where necessary.- Conceptualize ideas and planning through sketching or moodboards.- Prepare 2D Design in AutoCAD.- Prepare 3D Design in Sketchup or Revit.- Prepare Submission Drawing- Oversee design development, production of working drawings, and construction documents on given projects.- Establish and maintain budgets, schedules, and monitor adherence of terms of contract expectations.- Manage the project delivery process and work closely with clients.- Monitor project progress according to contract scope and deliverables.- Coordinate and lead teams through design, development and contract phases of construction projects.Requirement:- Degree/Master in Architecture- Strong in 3D rendering software (3D Max/V-Ray/Revit), Sketch-up, AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop- Creative and able to look at things differently- Passionate on every project to be done- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties- Able to work independently or in a team- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental Pay:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Architect: 5 years (preferred)- People Management: 4 years (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
