Project Assistant

'¢ Ensure the mission, vision, and a set of measurable objectives are achieved for the Real Estate and Project Department '¢ Report any maintenance issues. '¢ Update in system and effectively tracking the repairing of breakdowns by technicians/contractors within timeline. '¢ Coordinate the repairing work between technicians/contractors and operations. '¢ Compiles data from technicians/contractors invoices and supporting documents to verify accuracy of billing data '¢ Must be able to work a flexible schedule; nights and weekends may be required '¢ Other duties as assigned by ManagerWe wish to ensure every single employee will be treated with the same rights and to improve their skills and performance.
