In summary, the role exist to assist Project Development team in the house project stages. One of the mandatory skill is to have experience with dealing with authorities during Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC). Job scope is as below:**Responsibilities**:- Assist Project Lead in all matters pertaining to project management and development process- Liaise with relevant authority bodies to ensure project obtain the necessary and required approvals within the scheduled time frame- Liaise with consultants and relevant authority bodies in order to get development approvals until Certificate Completion and Compliance (CCC)- Periodically update the team on work progress for presentation to the Management- Liaise with other Departments at meetings with relevance to project operations to ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information- Liaise with all the consultants in expediting drawings and related information.- Ensure completion of final project documentations & other ad-hoc duties as assigned**Job Requirements**- At least 1 year(s) of working experience / internship exposure in property project development with exposure dealing with authorities- Knowledgeable in Property Project Planning and construction management.- Possess good skill in planning and supervision.- Understand the detail drawings, standard and work program and able to understand process of Inspection & requirement.- Independence and able to meet deadlines.- Fresh Graduate with internship in any housing developer also are welcome to take up junior role- Willing to be based in Sitiwan/ Seri Manjung Perak**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Dental insurance- Free parking- Gym membership- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
