Project Co-Ordinator

**Job Responsibilities**:- Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and estimates for those materials that are required and other resources, such as team members, which will then be submitted to management for approval.- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.- Helping with the documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making summary reports that will be presented to the organization's management team.- Liaise with team member to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.**Job Requirement**:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.- Work autonomously, making decisions without too much managerial oversight.- Know the concepts related to the management of a project.- At least 2 to 3 years working experienced in Kitchen cabinet and interior design will be added advantage.- Able to work under pressure.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Experience**:- Project management: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)
